HACCP must be part of the Food Safety Systems of all food businesses, whatever their size. HACCP aims to protect the food from the moment it leaves the farmer or producer until it is eaten. Incorporating a HACCP Plan into your business also makes sense, it will:-
- Significantly reduce the chance of any food-borne illness arising.
-
Allow you to review your food safety operation, no matter how large or small,
and improve on any areas of concern.
