What is HACCP?

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point is an Internationally accepted food management system which aims to ensure that all the food you produce or sell will be safe.

Why must I know about HACCP?

Whether you are a manager or owner of a food business, or an employee, HACCP will affect you. In 2006, HACCP Legislation became law in the United Kingdom. HACCP Plans must be in place in food businesses, and owners and managers put them in place.

The owners or managers.

Who needs training in HACCP

Everybody who is working with food will need to undertake HACCP Training.

Does this training satisfy my legal requirements?

Yes, all of our e-learning courses are accredited and are a recognised and accepted way of meeting the EU and UK Food Hygiene Laws.

Is it possible to pay by invoice?

What happens if I fail the assessment?

Our courses are designed in a way that engages the learner, and are very easy to follow. Because of this it is very rare that anybody fails the course. However, if you do fail the course we will reset your accout free of charge.

Can I have a certificate posted out to me?

Yes, we do offer a service to both print and post certificates out when you pass the course. Simply call the office once you have passed the course to let us know the address you would like the certificate posting to. Please note there is a £5 + VAT admin charge for this.
