This full level 2 course incorporates HACCP throughout its 5 lessons
Although covering similar ground to the catering and retail courses, this manufacturing award concentrates on food safety and HACCP as it affects the manufacturing processing equipment and systems.

Course duration – 2 ½ hours if the candidate runs through it without breaks.
However, it is intended to be used at the speed of the user.
At the end of the course the candidate will link directly on-line to the awarding body, EDI, where there is a 30 multi-choice question examination.
The examination is marked electronically.
The candidate must achieve 20 correct questions to enable the EDI certificate to be printed instantly from the candidate’s pc.
