The HACCP Plan Toolkit
The HACCP System is the internationally recognised system with regard to the management of food safety. HACCP, (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), is an EU Food Hygiene Legislation requirement which now applies to all food businesses in the United Kingdom.

- Estblish corrective actions if the Critical Limit is not met
- Establish procedures for the recording of CCPs and their Limits
- Establish documents, records and procedures to demonstrate the HACCP System
