Part of the Food Hygiene Regulations 2006 state that you must make sure that any staff who handle food are supervised, instructed and trained in food hygiene to a level appropriate to the work they do, and the food they handle.
Remember, anyone can handle food incorrectly and all must be trained – not just your full time employees. Your good reputation depends on your weakest link.
There is no legal requirement to attend a formal classroom food hygiene training course, unless you wish to. At train4haccp, when courses are at compliance level 1&2, and may have to be repeated frequently to accommodate all employees, we recommend e-learning.

We offer the following courses to help you train your staff to standards that will be accepted by-
British Retail Consortium (BRC)
EFSIS (SAI Global)
IFS (International Food Standard)
Local authorities and councils
