HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
From 1st January 2006 all food businesses must obey a new European
Community Food Safety Regulation which requires that a food saftey
management system based on the principles of HACCP is in place.

Your Workplace will need this system in place, but the regulations
also state that those who implement your systems for you , your
workforce, must understand what they are doing and why they are
doing it.
